Fat: 79.79g | Prot: 83.28g | Carb: 128.29g.   Breakfast:  Banana Bread, Coffee, Egg White , Feta Cheese , Firm Silken Tofu , Mozzarella Cheese, Organic Original Soymilk, smart balance cooking spray. Lunch:  Lasagna with Meat, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots. Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla, Guacamole with Tomatoes.
