Fat: 62.69g | Prot: 111.89g | Carb: 169.89g.   Breakfast:  Oat Fit - Maple & Brown Sugar, Almond Butter, Organic Agave Nectar, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, Protein Juice Smoothie - Protein Zone. Lunch:  Lettuce, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Cheddar Cheese , Ranch Salad Dressing . Dinner:  Turkey Meat and Skin (Cooked, Roasted) , Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Honey. Snacks/Other:  Energy Gel.
