Lunch:  Iced Green Tea (Grande), Spinach Power Salad, Whole Grain Baguette (Side Portion). Dinner:  Artichoke Hearts, Chickpea Salad, Cream Egg, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Quinoa (Cooked), Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other:  Smart Pop! 94% Fat Free Butter 100 Calorie Mini Bags.
