Fat: 70.21g | Prot: 65.16g | Carb: 128.14g.   Breakfast:  yogurt (Astro), bran buds, whey isolate. Lunch:  All-Bran Orange Cranberry Bar, oil and vinegar dressing, cooked chicken, celery, cucumber, romaine lettuce, kidney beans, Wildberry Juice Box. Dinner:  Pita Bread, pepperoni, pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, Pineapple Chunks (Sweetened, Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Organic Raw Cashews, Cheese Heads String Cheese, Coffee or Table Cream (Light).
