Fat: 70.21g | Prot: 65.16g | Carb: 128.14g.   Breakfast:  bran buds, whey isolate, yogurt (Astro). Lunch:  All-Bran Orange Cranberry Bar, celery, cooked chicken, cucumber, kidney beans, oil and vinegar dressing, romaine lettuce, Wildberry Juice Box. Dinner:  cheddar cheese, pepperoni, Pineapple Chunks (Sweetened, Frozen), Pita Bread, pizza sauce. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Heads String Cheese, Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Organic Raw Cashews.
