Lunch:  Clearspring Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Saputo Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, Walnuts. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Butter, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Heavy Cream, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Olive Oil, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened).
