Fat: 43.54g | Prot: 91.92g | Carb: 174.60g.   Breakfast:  Just Right, Skim Milk. Lunch:  Choc Caramel Snack Bar, Choc-Mint Crunch Snack Bar. Dinner:  Sandwich Thins, Steamed Dumpling (Filled with Meat Poultry or Seafood), Thai Beef Salad (Large). Snacks/Other:  Blueberry Fat Free, Grapes, Sugar Free Buttered Candy Drops.
