Fat: 58.42g | Prot: 66.81g | Carb: 176.14g.   Breakfast:  100% Valencia Orange Juice, Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) , Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Butter with Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Bread, Amy's Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup (Light in Sodium). Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) , Bananas .
