Fat: 58.42g | Prot: 66.81g | Carb: 176.14g.   Breakfast:  100% Valencia Orange Juice, Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) , Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Amy's Organic Lentil Vegetable Soup (Light in Sodium), Butter with Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added) .
