Fat: 91.63g | Prot: 123.75g | Carb: 279.28g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain, Butter, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Orange Marmalade, Peaches (Solids and Liquids, Extra Light Syrup, Canned), Pears (Solids and Liquids, Light Syrup Pack, Canned), Silhouette Yogurt. Lunch:  100% Whole Grain, Bread Stuffing, Miracle Whip, Roasted Dark Turkey Meat. Dinner:  Bread Stuffing, Carrots, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (Fat Added in Cooking), Poultry Gravy, Roasted Dark Turkey Meat, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Navels Oranges.
