Lunch:  Lettuce, Grilled Chicken, Low Calorie Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Avocados , Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Whole Kernel Corn, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Lettuce, Super Colossal Spanish Queen Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives, Tuna Salad Cups, Walnuts, Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds. Snacks/Other:  Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie) (South Beach Diet), Avocados, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Almonds.
