Lunch:  Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Low Calorie Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Avocados , Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Fruit Smoothie Drink, Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds, Lettuce, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Super Colossal Spanish Queen Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives, Tuna Salad Cups, Walnuts, Whole Kernel Corn. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Avocados, Ice Cream Bars - English Toffee Crunch, Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie) (South Beach Diet).
