Fat: 62.70g | Prot: 71.63g | Carb: 178.15g.   Breakfast:  Rice Krispies, Bananas. Lunch:  Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, White Rice, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Multigrain English Muffin, Ground Beef, Mozzarella Cheese, Watermelon. Snacks/Other:  Trader Joe's Baked Blue Corn Salted Tortilla Chips, Cheetos Cheese Puffs, Pistachio Nuts, Ice Cream Sandwich.
