Fat: 62.70g | Prot: 71.63g | Carb: 178.15g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Rice Krispies. Lunch:  Chicken Breast, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Tomatoes, White Rice. Dinner:  Ground Beef, Mozzarella Cheese, Multigrain English Muffin, Watermelon. Snacks/Other:  Cheetos Cheese Puffs, Ice Cream Sandwich, Pistachio Nuts, Trader Joe's Baked Blue Corn Salted Tortilla Chips.
