Fat: 63.52g | Prot: 77.95g | Carb: 210.00g.   Breakfast:  Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios, Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  Deli Style Sliced Natural Cheddar Cheese, Deli Select Club Sandwich - Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, healthy multigrain bread, Beef Bologna, Coke Zero, Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Coke Zero, Fried Rice, Chicken Egg Roll, Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Vegetable (Diet Frozen Meal).
