Fat: 78.64g | Prot: 98.18g | Carb: 219.28g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Whey Isolate. Lunch:  Garlic Toast, Lasagna with Meat and Sauce Entree (Frozen). Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Wraps, dole sante fe salad, rotisserie chicken. Snacks/Other:  Frozen Ice Cream Sundae, Mini Eggs, Navels Oranges.
