Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green Leaf Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Oven Browned Turkey Breast, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Cherry Coke (Can), Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Fish Cake (Kamaboko) Tempura, Genoa Salame, Green Leaf Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Red Bell Pepper, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cheddar Cheese Pretzel, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added).
