Fat: 67.57g | Prot: 102.31g | Carb: 215.45g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Egg Yolk, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Honey. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Mayonnaise, Oven Browned Turkey Breast, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Green Leaf Lettuce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Green Leaf Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Thousand Island Salad Dressing, White Bread, Genoa Salame, Mayonnaise, Fish Cake (Kamaboko) Tempura, Cherry Coke (Can), Red Bell Pepper. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cheddar Cheese Pretzel, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added).
