Fat: 69.31g | Prot: 126.89g | Carb: 91.94g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Western Omelet with Egg Whites. Lunch:  Lower Sugar Whey Protein Bar - Chocolate Chip Caramel. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Texas Cheese Toast with Garlic, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Movie Theater Popcorn (Small), Light Beer (Bottle), Syrah Wine.
