Fat: 76.74g | Prot: 112.60g | Carb: 284.84g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Egg, Pork Sausage Patty or Link, Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Fred Meyer Low Fat Chocolate Milk, Kellogg's Reduced Sugar Fruit Loops, Hometown Buffet Vanilla Soft Serve, Strawberries with Sugar, Bacon, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat). Dinner:  Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Evolution Super Green Smoothie.
