Fat: 76.74g | Prot: 112.60g | Carb: 284.84g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Fred Meyer Low Fat Chocolate Milk, Hometown Buffet Vanilla Soft Serve, Kellogg's Reduced Sugar Fruit Loops, Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Pork Sausage Patty or Link, Scrambled Egg, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Strawberries with Sugar. Dinner:  Evolution Super Green Smoothie, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Tomato Soup.
