Fat: 94.34g | Prot: 104.07g | Carb: 173.03g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Almond Milk, Sugar in the Raw, Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Soft Taco Large Flour Tortillas, Chorizos. Dinner:  Sweetened Almond Milk, Mixed Salad Greens, Sugar in the Raw, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Almond Milk, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Pears, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Original Glazed Doughnut.
