Fat: 94.34g | Prot: 104.07g | Carb: 173.03g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Boiled Egg, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Sugar in the Raw. Lunch:  Chorizos, Soft Taco Large Flour Tortillas. Dinner:  Almond Milk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Mixed Salad Greens, Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Pears, Sugar in the Raw, Sweetened Almond Milk. Snacks/Other:  Original Glazed Doughnut.
