Fat: 64.38g | Prot: 70.50g | Carb: 220.95g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked), Coffee, Coffee House Inspirations - Skinny Caramel Macchiato, Fried Egg . Lunch:  Miso Soup, Sushi with Vegetables and Seafood. Dinner:  Moose Drool, Thin Crust Pizza with Meat. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only), Santa Fe Trail Mix.
