Fat: 91.65g | Prot: 105.79g | Carb: 232.42g.   Breakfast:  Activia, Swiss Bircher Muesli. Lunch:  Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Roasted, Cooked), Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Potato Salad with Egg, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Choc Caramel Snack Bar, Potato Salad with Egg, White Rice.
