Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Nature's Promise Organic Mixed Vegetables, World Table Raw Almonds, Cauliflower, Broccoli. Dinner:  Lowfat Beef Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Beer, Giant Eagle Celery Sticks, Market Pantry Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slice.
