Fat: 69.19g | Prot: 86.98g | Carb: 138.48g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Bananas , Turkey Bacon, Turkey Breast Meat, Zero Sugar Added Cranberry Juice, Beef Steak. Lunch:  Double Meat Whataburger Jr, Apples. Dinner:  Cabbage, Mashed Potato, Grilled Chicken, Asparagus. Snacks/Other:  Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Fit Popcorn.
