Fat: 69.19g | Prot: 86.98g | Carb: 138.48g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Beef Steak, Egg, Turkey Bacon, Turkey Breast Meat, Zero Sugar Added Cranberry Juice. Lunch:  Apples, Double Meat Whataburger Jr. Dinner:  Asparagus, Cabbage, Grilled Chicken, Mashed Potato. Snacks/Other:  Fit Popcorn, Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut.
