Fat: 100.09g | Prot: 115.16g | Carb: 168.09g.   Lunch:  Lettuce, Red Tomatoes, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned), Onions, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette. Dinner:  Batter Fried Calamari, Classic Steak Fajitas, Flour Tortilla, Guacamole. Snacks/Other:  Honey, Greek Yogurt, Organic Orange Juice, Golden Sweet Pineapple Chunks, Mixed Berries, Apples.
