Lunch:  Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Fried Battered Pork Chop, Velveeta Cheese. Dinner:  Meat Loaf. Snacks/Other:  Almond Nut Paste, Blackberries, Blueberries, Diet Green Tea, Red Delicious Apples, Strawberries.
