Fat: 49.88g | Prot: 61.43g | Carb: 251.22g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, Coffee, Soymilk Creamer, Oat Bran Bread , Dried Plums, Pears, Pickled Beets. Lunch:  All flavors of Tillamook light yogurt, Macaroni & Cheese Light Prep, Turkey Polska Kielbasa. Dinner:  Enchilada with Chicken and Cheese in Tomato- Based Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Natural String Cheese Part Skim, Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size - Original, Kiwi Strawberry Juice Drink.
