Fat: 54.51g | Prot: 131.01g | Carb: 146.88g.   Breakfast:  Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter, Toasted White Bread, Tropicana 100% Pure Orange Juice. Lunch:  EVOS Cheddar Cheese Slice, Subway 6" Double Turkey Breast, Yoplait 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry. Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Boxed Mix with Cheese Sauce), Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Margarine Added), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten).
