Fat: 54.51g | Prot: 131.01g | Carb: 146.88g.   Breakfast:  Tropicana 100% Pure Orange Juice, Toasted White Bread, Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Subway 6" Double Turkey Breast, EVOS Cheddar Cheese Slice, Yoplait 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Boxed Mix with Cheese Sauce), Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Margarine Added).
