Lunch:  6" Wheat Bread, Baby Spinach, Banana Pepper, Bell Peppers, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chipotle Southwest Sauce, Provolone Cheese, Tomatoes. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Barilla Rotini Pasta, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark. Snacks/Other:  Baby Spinach, Bananas, Boiled Egg, Carrots, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Egg Yolk, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Oranges, Oranges, Tomatoes.
