Lunch:  6" Wheat Bread, Provolone Cheese, Chipotle Southwest Sauce, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Banana Pepper. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Lindt Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Barilla Rotini Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Cooked Egg Yolk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Oranges, Boiled Egg, Bananas, Oranges, Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Carrots, Celery, Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Baby Spinach.
