Lunch:  Aroma Chef Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Skinless Chicken Breast, VH Sauces Soya Sauce, White Rice (Long-Grain, Enriched). Dinner:  Beer, Sukhi's Chicken Kebab Naanwich. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), SportPharma Whey Protein Powder.
