Fat: 58.21g | Prot: 102.48g | Carb: 227.95g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Croissant, kashi Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat Cereal. Lunch:  Boneheads Grilled Salmon, Dig Inn Steamed Baby Spinach, Wild Rice (Cooked). Dinner:  Captain D's Seasoned Tilapia Dinner, Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich.
