Fat: 52.56g | Prot: 56.61g | Carb: 170.10g.   Breakfast:  2% Reduced Fat Milk, Bananas, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled). Lunch:  Fried Rice, Shrimp and Vegetables in Soy-Based Sauce (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy, No Potatoes, Mixture), Vegetable Egg Rolls. Dinner:  Frozen Margarita, Guacamole with Tomatoes and Chili Peppers, Prosecco, Shrimp Taco, Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Irish Whiskey, Vodka, White Table Wine.
