Fat: 68.28g | Prot: 65.13g | Carb: 207.76g.   Breakfast:  Activia, Swiss Bircher Muesli. Lunch:  Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Choc Caramel Snack Bar, Choc-Mint Crunch Snack Bar. Dinner:  Beef Meatballs, Feta Cheese, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Penne, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Duchess Tiramisu, Whipped Heavy Cream (Sweetened).
