Fat: 120.08g | Prot: 168.19g | Carb: 75.79g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, 60% Whole Wheat French Baguette, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Fried Egg, Simply Egg Whites, Tex Mex Cheese. Dinner:  Beef Ribs (Small End, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fresh Bacon or Side Pork, Minced Pork and Chicken Luncheon Meat (Canned), Shrimp, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Potato.
