Fat: 61.11g | Prot: 77.43g | Carb: 189.92g.   Breakfast:  Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Low Sodium Sprouted Grain Bread, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Firehouse Subs Chief's Salad with Turkey, Firehouse Subs Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Ranch Salad Dressing, Sonic Cherry Limeade (Medium). Dinner:  Egg, Egg White, Skinless Chicken Breast, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Little Debbie Creme-Filled Chocolate Cupcakes, Pepsi Pepsi (Can).
