Fat: 107.45g | Prot: 155.37g | Carb: 312.36g.   Breakfast:  D-Lights Turkey Sausage, Egg White and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. Lunch:  Avocados, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Sourdough Square. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Oven Roasted Turkey Breast & White Turkey (browned with caramel color). Snacks/Other:  Cocoa Roast Almonds, Cocoa Roast Almonds, Craisins, Craisins, Dark Chocolate Chunks, Dark Chocolate Chunks, Peaches.
