Fat: 69.71g | Prot: 141.39g | Carb: 279.96g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat) , Almonds , Bananas , GOLEAN Original Cereal. Lunch:  Chicken Shu Mai, Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Sliced Lite Muenster Cheese, Simply sliced Roast Chicken Breast, Whole Wheat Bread, Jam Preserves. Snacks/Other:  Performance Energy - Vanilla Crisp, Grapefruit, Apple Chicken Salad (no pecans), Pumpkin Protein Bars, Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese.
