Fat: 69.71g | Prot: 141.39g | Carb: 279.96g.   Breakfast:  Almonds , Bananas , GOLEAN Original Cereal, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Chicken Shu Mai, Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Jam Preserves, Simply sliced Roast Chicken Breast, Sliced Lite Muenster Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Apple Chicken Salad (no pecans), Grapefruit, Mini Babybel Bonbel Cheese, Performance Energy - Vanilla Crisp, Pumpkin Protein Bars.
