Lunch:  Almonds , Dried Prune, Dried Prune, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters) , Walnuts. Dinner:  Almonds, Avocados , Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled) , Fruit Smoothie Drink, Lettuce, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters) , Whole Kernel Corn.
