Fat: 58.48g | Prot: 53.07g | Carb: 143.56g.   Breakfast:  Porridge Oats with Wheatbran, 1% Fat Milk, Sultanas. Lunch:  Sausage Rolls, Cheese and Onion Crisps. Dinner:  Fried Egg, Smoked Bacon Rashers, Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Regular Coffee, Mini Eggs.
