Fat: 41.48g | Prot: 53.58g | Carb: 122.01g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Egg White , Organic English Muffin, Organic Fat Free Milk, Smooth Peanut Butter (Without Salt), Tomatoes. Lunch:  Blueberries, Fat Free Feta Cheese, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Low Fat Low Sodium American Cheese, Spinach , Sundried Tomatoes, Tomatoes. Dinner:  60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips, GOLEAN Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter & Chocolate, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine. Snacks/Other:  Healthy Grains Oats & Honey Clusters, Organic Walnuts.
