Fat: 46.57g | Prot: 50.37g | Carb: 183.18g.   Breakfast:  Hard Boiled Eggs, Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt with Berries. Lunch:  Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Quesadilla. Dinner:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Thai Beef Salad, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Candies.
