Fat: 54.85g | Prot: 106.13g | Carb: 171.73g.   Breakfast:  high protein shake, tru chocolate. Lunch:  Cooked Lentils, Sesame Oil, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Raw Vegetable, Black Beans. Dinner:  Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Beer, Frescos Southwest Beef Stir Fry.
