Fat: 102.18g | Prot: 116.78g | Carb: 405.43g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Tetley TEA with Semi Skimmed Milk, Weetabix Oatibix. Lunch:  Go Ahead! Crispy Slices Forest Fruit, Instant Coffee with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener (Powdered Mix), Light Lunch French Style Tuna Salad, Nairn's Oaty Bakes Cheese, Naked Berry Delight, Satsuma, Tetley TEA with Semi Skimmed Milk. Dinner:  Beef or Meat Gravy, Cumberland Sausage, Green Peas (Frozen), Mashed Potato made with Milk, Fat and Cheese (from Fresh), Onions. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cheddar and Onion Ridge Cut Crisps, John Smiths Extra Smooth, Light Chocolate & Fudge Bar, Mars Bar, PG tips Tea.
