Fat: 53.67g | Prot: 62.69g | Carb: 186.50g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  98% Fat Free Turkey Lunch Meat, Baked Cheese Snack Crackers, Miracle Whip Light Dressing, Pocket Thins. Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese and Pork or Ham. Snacks/Other:  Diced Peaches in Cups.
