Fat: 75.17g | Prot: 79.23g | Carb: 152.40g.   Breakfast:  yogurt (Astro), bran buds, whey isolate. Lunch:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), White Rice, German Style Potato Salad, Chocolate Creme Pie. Dinner:  Pita Bread, pepperoni, pizza sauce, cheddar cheese.
