Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Egg, Coconuts, 12 Grain (premium quality bread), Butter, Spaghetti Sauce Four Cheese, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), 2% Fat Milk, Thin Spaghetti. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Butter (Salted), Baked or Broiled Salmon, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Apples, Excellence 90% Cocoa Supreme Dark, Celery.
