Fat: 50.61g | Prot: 60.25g | Carb: 210.34g.   Breakfast:  Activia, Sugar Free Buttered Candy, Swiss Bircher Muesli. Lunch:  Apples , Choc Caramel Snack Bar, Choc-Mint Crunch Snack Bar. Dinner:  Bacon, Crinkled Sweet Potato Super Fries, Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, White Round Bread Roll. Snacks/Other:  Duchess Tiramisu.
