Fat: 112.72g | Prot: 83.96g | Carb: 252.24g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Chorizo, Fried Egg. Lunch:  Meatless Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce. Dinner:  Enchilada with Beef and Cheese, Vegetable Beef Soup (Home Recipe), Vinegar & Salt Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  Vinegar & Salt Potato Chips, Yogurt Covered Peanuts.
