Fat: 124.32g | Prot: 111.08g | Carb: 60.87g.   Breakfast:  Muffin in A Minute, 100% Pure Pumpkin, Cream Cheese. Lunch:  Meatloaf with Portobello Mushroom Gravy. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Avocados, Tomatoes, romaine lettuce, dukes mayonnaise, monterey jack cheese. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Cream, Day Break Apple Crisp Bar, Cooked Collards (from Fresh), olive oil, Lucerne Watch'n Carbs Fudge Bar.
