Fat: 61.15g | Prot: 108.73g | Carb: 200.51g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Fuji Apples, Strawberries. Lunch:  Di Lusso Pepper Jack Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Peppers Cheese, Randy Vege bowl. Dinner:  Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Beer, Beef Steak, On The Border Chips and Salsa.
