Fat: 51.96g | Prot: 105.23g | Carb: 286.70g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Bananas, Walnuts, Turkey Bacon, Dried Prune, Roasted Light Turkey Meat, Light & Fit Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Bananas, Turkey Breast Meat, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, Reduced Fat Snack Cracker, Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut, Graduates Cereal Twists, Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz).
