Fat: 51.96g | Prot: 105.23g | Carb: 286.70g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Dried Prune, Egg, Fruit Smoothie Drink, Light & Fit Greek Yogurt, Roasted Light Turkey Meat, Turkey Bacon, Walnuts. Lunch:  Bananas, Turkey Breast Meat, Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins. Dinner:  Broccoli, Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Reduced Fat Snack Cracker. Snacks/Other:  Graduates Cereal Twists, Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut.
