Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Flax & Fiber Sandwich Thins, American Cheese Loaf (Yellow & White), Baby Carrots , EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Spinach . Dinner:  High Fiber Three-Bean Chili with Beef, The Pounder Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  Natural Thick Cut Sea Salt Potato Chips, Purely Decadent Dairy Free Frozen Dessert - Cookie Dough made with Coconut Milk (Gluten Free), Superior Rum, Teriyaki Beef Jerky (25g).
