Fat: 146.57g | Prot: 216.37g | Carb: 202.56g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Fried Egg, 2% Fat Milk, Tex Mex Cheese, Simply Egg Whites, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk). Lunch:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Grape Tomatoes, Baby Carrots, Mango Chipotle, Navels Oranges, Field Greens Salad Mix, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  Salmon, Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Shrimp, Pork Composite Of Trimmed Leg, Loin, Shoulder, and Spareribs. Snacks/Other:  Boston Cream Cake.
