Fat: 146.57g | Prot: 216.37g | Carb: 202.56g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Fried Egg, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Simply Egg Whites, Tex Mex Cheese. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel), Field Greens Salad Mix, Grape Tomatoes, Mango Chipotle, Navels Oranges. Dinner:  Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Pork Composite Of Trimmed Leg, Loin, Shoulder, and Spareribs, Salmon, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Boston Cream Cake.
