Fat: 64.27g | Prot: 180.07g | Carb: 330.77g.   Breakfast:  2% Partially Skimmed Milk, Leche descremada, Natural Cheese, Rice with Beans, Sugar, Tortilla, Turkey Ham. Lunch:  Spaghetti, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Croissant, Roast Beef Sandwich, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only).
